Arthur A. Kiriakos - Northeast Area Director, CCMSI

Arthur possesses over 35 years of experience, he holds an advanced business degree having received an Executive MBA from Suffolk University. Arthur joined CCMSI in September 2013 as the Northeast Area Director of operations. In this role, Arthur is responsible for all aspects of operations for the Reading, MA, Manchester NH, and South Portland, ME offices including the WC and Multi-line claims management for all 6 New England States, as well as also overseeing, Nurse Case Management and Utilization Review. This includes oversight and administration of self-Insured program, (MEGA), Massachusetts Education and Government Association, He is certified as an Insurance Claims Handling expert in the Commonwealth of MA by both the State Superior and US Federal Courts. Arthur has been published 3 times on effective claims handling principles with the Massachusetts Bar Continuing Legal Education.
Danielle Libby - Account Manager, CCMSI

Danielle joined CCMSI in September of 2011 as the Claims Manager, responsible for the day to day management of 23 claims professionals. She brings to CCMSI a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years. Her claims experience includes workers’ compensation and commercial liability claims, to include school board legal liability. She has worked with both the public sector as well as private industry, with a high level of concentration with municipalities.
Danielle is a licensed adjuster in Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, North Carolina, and Indiana for Workers Compensation and Property and Casualty; and also in Vermont for Property and Casualty.
Wendy Zabroski - Claims Supervisor

Wendy joined CCMSI in September of 2018 as a Claims Supervisor on the MEGA program. She possesses 16 years claims experience having worked as an Adjuster, Supervisor and Claims Manager. Her extensive experience affords the wisdom in overseeing to all MEGA’s open claims and lends to ensure that each claim is brought to a timely and economical resolution. Wendy possesses extensive experience working with self-insured clients.
Wendy is a graduate of Westfield State College, where she received a BA Political Science. She is a licensed Workers’ Compensation adjuster in New Hampshire, Connecticut and Rhode Island
Mary Anne Toporzycki - Claims Consultant

Mary Anne has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years and has an extensive background in workers’ compensation and auto insurance. She handles every aspect of a claim to include the investigative, evaluative, and dispositive phases. Prior to CCMSI, she mitigated multi-jurisdictional claims for American Mutual. Mary Anne, has been part of the MEGA claims team for over 15 years. She also holds adjusters licenses for both New Hampshire and Connecticut.
Lauri Brennan - Claims Representative

Lauri joined CCMSI in 2004 as a Claims Representative processing workers’ compensation claims for numerous clients. Laurie joined the MEGA claims team in 2017. Her position requires her to investigate, review and handle lost time claims. This position also requires constant communication with clients, employees and medical providers to ensure the claims are handled efficiently and economically. Lauri maintains strong client relationships through communicating claim actions and processing incoming requests. She has consistently proven her “Team Player” skills. Lauri is also licensed to handle workers’ compensation claims in Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Matt joined CCMSI in 2023 as a Claims Associate II and has recently joined the MEGA team. Matt is responsible for processing workers’ compensation claims for numerous clients. This position requires constant communication with clients, employees and medical providers to ensure the claims are handled efficiently and economically.
Tim McGuire - Sr. Loss Control Consultant

Tim joined CCMSI as the MEGA Loss Control Consultant in December of 2013. Tim has 34 years of safety management and consulting experience. Tim is a seasoned professional with demonstrated success in the improvement of organizational performance through the integration of safety and health into business operations. Tim has extensive experience with a variety of organizations in the manufacturing, construction, healthcare and human services, research and transportation industries. His past employers and clients include Raytheon, General Dynamics, Fisher Scientific, Time Warner, Accellent, the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Rail and The MENTOR Network. Tim earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm College and has completed graduate coursework at Georgetown University and the University of Maryland. Tim is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and is a former U.S. Army Infantry Officer.
Kim Hughes - MEGA Customer Service Representative

Kim joined CCMSI in September of 2015 as the Customer Service Representative for MEGA. She has 30 plus years working in the customer service field. Kim’s extensive experience on the front line working in the government, schools and private sectors has fine-tuned her ability to adapt, communicate and understand the conflicts and challengers that our members may have. Along with the MEGA Team, she is always looking for ways to improve the service level we offer.
Jackie Merrill - Senior Accountant

Jackie has been the Senior Accountant on the MEGA program since 2010. She began her career with CCMSI in 2000, serving the company in finance responsibilities for Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. She completed her education in her home state of Ohio. Her career previous to employment with CCMSI has been entirely in the finance field, including accounting experience in the areas of manufacturing, construction, government, and service.
